Where we ship

KOVA currently ships within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping rates

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you place your order.

Preorders

Preorder items are purchased before they are ready to ship. Each product page will clearly identify preorder items and display their estimated shipping window.

For our first release, orders are expected to ship within 4–8 weeks of your order. This is when we expect to send your order—not when it will arrive.

Production time is separate from shipping transit time. Please review the product’s preorder details before purchasing.

Shipping updates

If our expected shipping timeline changes, we’ll contact you by email with an updated estimate and any applicable cancellation or refund options.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking may take time to update after the carrier receives your package.

Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Any delivery estimate is separate from the preorder production timeline.

Shipping address changes

Please double-check your address at checkout. If you need to make a correction, contact us as soon as possible at kova.wrld.denim@gmail.com with your order number and the updated address.

We’ll do our best to update it before shipment, but changes may not be possible once your order has been dispatched.

Problems with delivery

If your package appears lost, arrives damaged, or is marked delivered but hasn’t arrived, contact us at kova.wrld.denim@gmail.com with your order number so we can help investigate.
